Judge Thelton Henderson speaks with high school about the law
Last month, U.S. District Court Judge Thelton Henderson visited Thurgood Marshall Academic High School in San Francisco as part of the Farella Braun & Martel LLP Law and Justice Credit Recovery Program. The program brings law-related themes into the school's credit-recovery program and offers opportunities for students to learn from those in the legal field outside of the classroom. The students learned about Henderson's background by watching the documentary Soul of Justice: Thelton Henderson's American Journey. The visit provided the students with a chance to interview the judge in person about his life and work.
