Ballard Spahr hosts housing conference

Ballard Spahr LLP along with CSG Advisors held its 3rd Annual Western Housing Conference on March 22 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Century City. The event was titled "Best of the West: Guiding Affordable Housing to a Soft Landing." Mercedes Marquez, deputy mayor of housing for the City of Los Angeles was keynote speaker. Participants included officials from the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust, Affordable Housing Partners Inc., Citi Comunity Capital, PNC Bank, the Los Angeles Housing Dept. and other municipal housing agencies. - Connie Lopez
