San Francisco bar installs officers
The Bar Association of San Francisco held its annual membership luncheon and officer installation Dec. 17 at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. Stephanie P. Skaff, a Farella Braun & Martel LLP partner, will take over for Keker & Van Nest LLP partner Christopher C.Kearney as president of BASF's board of directors. Mark Conrad, an assistant U.S. attorney in San Francisco, will serve as president of the Barristers Club, BASF's new attorney division. Heather H. Wong, a partner at Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP, will be its vice president. Conrad replaces outgoing president Sebastian E. Kaplan, an associate at Fenwick & West LLP. The new officers' and directors' terms begin Jan. 1. — Jill Patton
