Orange County trial lawyers hold charity auction
The Orange County Trial Lawyers Association held its annual Top Gun Awards Dinner and Charity Auction at the Montage Laguna Beach on Nov. 23. The event raised more than $64,000 to benefit Operation Veterans Re-Entry, a Public Law Center program aimed at helping military veterans overcome legal obstacles as they re-enter civilian life. The trial lawyers' group also awarded the Nobel Service Award to retired Orange County Superior Court Judge Wendy Lindley in recognition of her distinguished career, during which she created and presided over many of the Orange County Collaborative Courts. — Ben Adlin
