Pillsbury Winthrop: SYMMETRICOM PURCHASES TELMAX MODEM TECHNOLOGY
San Jose-based Symmetricom Inc. announced the acquisition of certain assets and products from Telmax Communication Corp. of Fremont. The transaction's value was not disclosed.
Symmetricom primarily acquired the technology for two Telmax model modems, a single-line and a multiple-line model, which allow for greater bandwidth over standard copper wires.
