Judge Refuses to Open Sealed Offers of Proof
SAN DIEGO - Although both the defense and the prosecution in a murder case wanted sealed documents made public, Superior Court Judge David M. Gill has ruled that privacy interests of individuals who may testify or be mentioned in testimony outweigh the public's interest in having the material unsealed.
