Jury Finds Police Didn't Violate Rights of Masturbating Lawyer

LOS ANGELES - The right to masturbate in public suffered a serious blow in federal court last week. At least that's how civil rights lawyer Stephen Yagman saw it Thursday as he tried to prove two Los Angeles police officers violated a Montana attorney's civil rights when they arrested him for his actions in a North Hollywood sex shop two years ago.
