McKenna Long, Blanchard help with land purchase
McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and Blanchard Krasner & French helped Caster Properties Inc. and The Focus Group, respectively, set up a joint venture that purchased 88,000 square feet of property in San Diego's Pacific Beach neighborhood for $4 million.
The joint venture, A1PB LP, purchased seven pieces of land on Garnet Avenue from the Browar Family Trust.
