Paul Hastings advises on $735 million sale of hotel chain
Paul Hastings LLP represented an affiliate of Conn.-based global investment firm Starwood Capital Group in the acquisition of InTown Hospitality Corp. for $735 million, including a $609 million assumption of existing mortgage debt. The seller runs hotel chain InTown Suites, which operates 138 extended-stay properties with approximately 18,000 rooms across 21 states.
