Asian Pacific American bar associations honor new law professor appointments
On Feb. 6, the Asian Pacific American legal community honored the appointments of five new Asian Pacific American law professors to Southern California law schools. The new professors are Stewart Chang at Whittier Law School, Priya Gupta at Southwestern Law School, Alex Lee at USC Gould School of Law, Jason Oh at UCLA School of Law and David Min at UCI School of Law. Nearly 140 law students, attorneys, and Asian Pacific American law professors attended the reception. The event was co-sponsored by the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County, the Korean American Bar Association, the Japanese American Bar Association, the Philippine American Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association, and the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association.
