Courts Legalize Computerized Bingo
SAN FRANCISCO - In a boon for Indian tribes in states that have blocked most tribal gambling, a federal appellate court declared Tuesday that computerized bingo games are legal and may not be seized by federal agents who consider them to be the same as illegal slot machines.
