Hours Change for Ex Parte Matters
Night owls are an endangered species in Beverly Hills, at least at the Beverly Hills Courthouse. Starting Oct. 1, all civil ex parte matters will be heard at 8:30 a.m. in Division Five, instead of 1:30 p.m. as traditionally has been the case.
