Weil Gotshal guides Vonage in purchase of communications provider Telesphere


Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP represented Holmdel, N.J.-based Vonage Holdings Corp. in its agreement to purchase Telesphere Networks Ltd. for $114 million in cash and stock, a deal announced Nov. 5.


Telesphere, headquartered in Phoenix, provides a suite of cloud voice and unified communications-as-a-service solutions.
