Weil, Morgan Lewis handle $5.3 billion Oracle buy


Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP advised Oracle Corp. in its $5.3 billion acquisition of Micros Systems Inc., a deal announced Monday.


Micros, a software vendor for the hospitality and retail industries, received counsel from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP with a team led by Philadelphia-based partners Richard B. Aldridge and Colby W. Smith.
