Wilson Sonsini, Latham counsel on Fluidigm acquisition
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC represented South San Francisco-based biotechnology company Fluidigm Corp. in its $207.5 million acquisition of DVS Sciences Inc., a deal announced Wednesday.
DVS, headquartered in Sunnyvale, was advised by Latham & Watkins LLP. The company makes laboratory equipment used in genomics research.
