Intellectual property attorney Stephen C. McArthur didn’t fool around in college when a video game started gobbling up too much of his free time.
“Stopping cold turkey was the easiest way for me to quit,” the McArthur Law Firm founder explained, acknowledging that some games can be addictive. “I’d usually just uninstall the game, because if I tried to play just a little bit or cut back, it wouldn’t work.”
