WALNUT CREEK — Real estate boutique firm Miller Starr Regalia announced Wednesday that Ella Gower has taken the helm as managing shareholder.
Gower established, and now chairs, the firm’s common interest development practice, which focuses on preparing governing documents for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. She is the second woman managing shareholder in the firm’s 54-year history.
