Fees shrink in antitrust litigation despite $205M settlement

A plaintiffs’ firm that won a $205 million in settlements for a plaintiffs’ class after suing optical disk drive manufacturers keeps seeing its attorney fees shrink.

Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP first was awarded $52.78 million for its work getting settlements from multiple companies in the antitrust case by Chief U.S. District Judge Richard Seeborg of San Francisco.
