Twitter, US, questioned on alleged conspiracy to block tweets
9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Lucy H. Koh questioned whether plaintiff Colleen Huber hadn’t raised a “reasonable inference” that there was an understanding between the President Joe Biden’s administration and Twitter that anti-vaccine information should be removed.
Attorneys for the government and Twitter Inc. were peppered with questions by a federal appellate panel Tuesday about an anti-vaccine advocate’s lawsuit alleging a conspiracy between the company and the Biden administration to take down her account.
