12-hour hearing on dismissal of shipping firm from oil spill suit
There was a hearing Monday in Santa Ana on intervenor defendant Cosco Shipping Lines Co. Ltd.’s motion to dismiss the amended complaint and other discovery motions. It is seeking to be relieved of liability for last year’s Huntington Beach oil spill.
