Corporate lawyer Stephen Gillespie joins WilmerHale
A longtime partner at Fenwick & West and counselor to many of Silicon Valley’s biggest technology companies, Gillespie said he decided to move his practice to better serve his clients in the coming years.
Bay Area corporate lawyer Stephen D. Gillespie joined Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP on Tuesday as partner in San Francisco.
“The firm is a really exciting and energizing place, its transaction practice is building on a base of great strength, and I’m delighted to be part of that continued growth,” Gillespie said.
