Another Activision shareholder suit tossed

In dismissing the latest iteration of the complaint, U.S. District Judge Percy Anderson found that the plaintiffs had failed to plead factual details proving that the company knowingly misled shareholders about sexual discrimination allegations and investigations in SEC filings.

Shareholders of video game developer Activision Blizzard Inc. have once again failed to hold the company responsible for any harm they might have suffered from alleged misleading statements regarding accusations of sexual discrimination.
