Franklin D. Elia, the longest-serving justice on the 6th District Court of Appeal, has joined ADR Services Inc.
Elia, who retired in June after 34 years on the San Jose-based court, authored nearly 3,400 opinions and participated in nearly 12,000 cases. He said his experience gives him deep insights into the challenges and time constraints litigants face trying to resolve their disputes in the court system.
