Girardi trustee replaces law firm after defending it
The substitution filed on Tuesday on behalf of Chapter 7 Trustee Jason M. Rund replaced Boris Treyzon of Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo LLP with Rund’s counsel, Timothy J. Yoo of Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik LLP.
The trustee for the bankruptcy of disgraced plaintiffs' attorney Thomas V. Girardi has replaced the attorney he defended just a few days ago in the case in which he is suing Girardi's estranged wife for assets from the estate.
