Girardi pleads not guilty to charges he stole client money
Disgrace attorney Thomas V. Girardi did not say a word during an arraignment hearing. U.S. Magistrate Judge Karen L. Stevenson said she received from Girardi’s counsel an unopposed motion to evaluate his readiness for trial.





Disbarred plaintiffs’ attorney Thomas V. Girardi pleaded not guilty to five counts of wire fraud Monday at his arraignment in Los Angeles. Girardi will not be held in federal custody as he awaits further proceedings. His brother and conservator, Robert, agreed to sign a $250,000 bond order.
