A personal injury lawyer sued the National Football League and the Las Vegas Raiders after they told him to stop running a commercial with a football theme that aired on YouTube during the Feb. 12 Super Bowl.
“The NFL has been a trademark bully for too long,” Marc Randazza, who represents the Dimopoulos Law Firm, said. “The NFL does not own the colors silver and black, and my client has a right to continue using his color scheme.”
