Cross-border M&A specialist joins Norton Rose Fulbright
Yan Zhang regularly advises China-based clients on significant legal matters in the U.S. as well as assisting international clients who have an interest in doing business in Asia.
Yan Zhang, who specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in San Francisco.
