Jury begins deliberating damages for Tesla worker who alleged racial harassment

The jury’s decision could have far reaching effects. Tesla was served another lawsuit on Thursday alleging racial discrimination at a service center in Atlanta.

A damages retrial to determine how much Tesla Inc. must pay a former subcontractor for emotional distress from racist harassment drew to a close Friday after opposing counsel gave final arguments to the eight jurors.
