Chamber sues to block enforcement of privacy regulations

The lawsuit says the California Privacy Protection Agency is taking too long to craft the rules but the agency says the Chamber is actually trying to delay implementation.

The California Chamber of Commerce sued to enjoin enforcement of regulations under a landmark consumer privacy law, claiming the agency in charge of writing them has badly missed important deadlines.
