Company suing Apple for secrets theft makes rival watch
Masimo launched its W1 smartwatch under a year ago.
The attorney leading Apple Inc.’s defense against a multi-billion-dollar trade secrets lawsuit in federal court tried to convince a Santa Ana jury Thursday that the plaintiffs’ claims were a veiled attempt to compete with the Apple Watch.
