City is stalling lawsuit, Gilroy Garlic Festival shooting victims say
According to the plaintiffs’ motion to compel, the defendants are attempting to prejudice them by refusing to comply with their request for the deposition of the “persons most qualified” and other related documents.




Victims of the 2019 Gilroy Garlic Festival shooting who are suing the city and three companies for allegedly failing to protect them told a Santa Clara County judge Thursday the defendants’ refusal to produce certain deposition testimony and documents is hurting their ability to defend against a number of summary judgment motions.
