The children of a man whose childhood sexual abuse lawsuit was coordinated with dozens of other such cases sued the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles claiming wrongful death.
"This is the first case where a client died in a manner we could relate to the damage from childhood sexual abuse," plaintiffs' attorney Meghan E. McCormick said in an interview Wednesday.
