Riverside County court commissioner became “embroiled” in child custody case, CJP finds
The Commission on Judicial Performance issued a public admonishment Tuesday against Commissioner Wendy M. Harris. It was not her first offense.
A Riverside County Superior Court commissioner “appeared to be embroiled” in a contentious child custody proceeding, the Commission on Judicial Performance said in a public admonishment issued Tuesday.
The judicial discipline of Commissioner Wendy M. Harris stems from a two-day hearing in 2022 on a custody dispute and a request for a domestic violence restraining order. H. v. B., No. FLRI2105670, Riverside County Superior Court
