Consumers are being victimized each time they lease a vehicle
Boilerplate car leases fail to advise the customer that if their car is in an insured accident and is totaled, the customer will be denied the insurance proceeds which exceeds its outstanding debt owed the Dealer and the Dealer will reap a windfall of those proceeds.
