Federal courts in California are doing more with less, according to a new study.
“California has the most federal civil lawsuits in the U.S. but manages to be among the fastest states to process them,” according to a news release Thursday from Scott Vicknair, LLC, a New Orleans-based personal injury and maritime law firm.
The state’s federal courts have long been among the most overburdened in the nation.
