The Lunada Bay Boys gang has a free pass from the district attorney

How did this well-publicized gang operate for so many years with impunity? The likely answer is that the District Attorney never wanted to pursue sun-drenched white surfers. This is racial profiling. White guys with surfboards get a free pass for dangerous conduct.
