Club valet injured by drunken driver wins $6M

A Riverside County jury awarded $6 million to a country club valet who suffered severe injuries and post-traumatic stress disorder in an accident with a drunken driver who ignored offers from fellow club guests for a safe ride home.

Attorneys with the PARRIS Law Firm in Lancaster secured the verdict despite a doctor’s orders not to let the plaintiff testify because of Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome from the crash.
