Appeal court upholds $80M personal injury award

The defense argued that the trial court abused its discretion in denying a motion for a new trial. The appellate panel disagreed.

An $80 million verdict for PARRIS Law Firm clients in a negligent personal injury lawsuit was upheld by an appellate panel this week against Allstate after its attorney failed to produce discovery documents for years.
