California’s proposed warning label for the Roundup weed control product was “not purely factual,” a 9th Circuit panel ruled this week, affirming 2-1 a district court decision in favor of wheat growers.
The published opinion enjoins Attorney General Rob Bonta from enforcing Proposition 65’s carcinogen warning requirement for glyphosate, the active ingredient in the herbicide developed by Monsanto for use in Roundup products.
