My last article for this column titled “Agree-to-disagree approach hinders conflict resolution” was published on Nov. 1, 2023. This sequel to that article demonstrates how “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policies and laws, which we are seeing more of in recent years with “Don’t Say Gay” laws and the like, are subsets of the “agree-to-disagree” approach.
