NIL governance: looking to the ‘future’
The Coalition for the Future of College Athletics is perhaps the most focused and organized advocacy group, and their pragmatic proposals seem to match the goals of much of the legislation making the rounds. It would be a huge and timely victory for Congress to pass a bill that has bipartisan backing as well as support from stakeholders and influencers in college athletics.
