Southwestern Law settles lawsuit with tenant who claimed lead poisoning
The settlement brings to a close an embarrassing matter for Southwestern, after a court filing in the case expressed fears a plaintiff’s verdict would bankrupt the school.




Southwestern Law School agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to settle a personal injury and landlord-tenant dispute, weeks after a kerfuffle over whether the case would plummet the school into bankruptcy.
