OC firm Stephens Friedland LLP merged with Texas-based law firm
The combined firms will continue in their respective offices in Orange County, Dallas, Austin and Houston, using the name Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC.
Costa Mesa firm Stephens Friedland LLP and the Texas-based law firm Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC agreed to merge.
“FBFK and Stephens Friedland, together, found we could complete a puzzle that both firms wanted to solve in order to better serve our entrepreneurial and middle-market clients,” Todd Friedland said.
