San Francisco health clinic accused of false advertising

Attorneys for Healthright 360, Jianlin Song and Naina V. Singh of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker LLP, denied any liability in the company’s answer to the complaint.

A judge on Tuesday pushed back a hearing on potential discovery sanctions filed by a plaintiff against Healthright 360 Inc., the company behind the free health clinic in San Francisco known as the Walden House, in a false advertising lawsuit over its substance abuse program.
