American Airlines wrongfully confiscated miles, lawsuit claims
The carrier’s decision to terminate the plaintiffs’ accounts entirely was unlawful, the plaintiffs’ lawyer said.
American Airlines wrongfully confiscated more than 1 million frequent flier miles from people who opened multiple credit cards with mileage bonuses, according to a lawsuit filed Monday.
