H&R Block settles lawsuit with LA City Attorney’s Office over free tax filing
The City Attorney's Office said consumers eligible for a free tax filing program were steered to H&R Block's paid commercial products.
H&R Block agreed to pay $1.6 million to settle a civil action brought by the Los Angeles City Attorney.
