Chief Justice seeks dismissal of retired judges’ lawsuit

The attorneys representing Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero argued that the plaintiffs’ last remaining claim for age discrimination must be dismissed because the Judicial Council never enforced the 1,320-day limit on participation in the temporary judges program.
