Where child and spousal support funds hide in plain view
Judicial Counsel Form FL-460, entitled Qualified Domestic Relations Orders for Support, can be used for both current and spousal support obligations of the obligor, as well as child and spousal support arrearages, pursuant to USC 414 (p) 29 USC 8 1056(d).
