Musk gets nothing for funding lawsuit against Disney, lawyer says

“They’re not taking a percentage of the recovery and they’re, you know, not demanding that the legal expenses that they devote to this case be reimbursed to them out of any recovery that Gina Carano might receive,” Schaerr Jaffe LLP partner Gene C. Schaerr said.

Elon Musk is keeping a promise he made last year on behalf of his social media company to fund lawsuits by people who say their employers targeted them for firing or other punishment because of their activity on the X platform, formerly Twitter.
