San Francisco judge is asked to reconsider motion for sanctions

SAN FRANCISCO -- An attorney for an education related nonprofit, Community Initiatives, asked a San Francisco judge on Wednesday not to dismiss a motion for discovery sanctions against an attorney for the University of San Francisco.
The case involves the university's $2.7 million indemnification claim against the organization, the San Francisco Unified School District, and the Leland Stanford Junior University.
